[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop in fFC3 with yum

Hi Abiezer,

I'm dealing precisely with creating the full mono FC3 stack, and this
gtksharp dependency will change to a more recent (and available from
yum) libgtkhtml. I hope it will be complete later today or tomorrow
morning.
