[MonoDevelop] Changes in SVN

Hey,

	When svn comes back up, there have been a couple large changes that
people will have to be aware of. This is in addition to general layout
changes, and build system differences.

	* You will need to make uninstall or nuke your installed monodevelop
directory ($prefix/lib/monodevelop) as that will interfere with the new
MD install.
	* You need to be checking out and autogen/make/etc from the root
directory, not Core/ as before.
