[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop Version Control AddIns

There has been quite a bit of work done on planning which you can see 
in the wiki. I would wait a little while for the solution pad changes 
to get into svn. These upcoming changes will allow for the version 
control system to do such things as change icon in the solution view. 
Anyway, please share your ideas on the wiki.
