STOP! What on this warm and wobbly planet are you doing running as root?
Stop now, log in as a normal user. root access should ONLY ever be done
via a user account as su and NEVER as a standard user. This is what
screws the Win32 community so often. Remember, a normal user can't
damage the system - su can.

Have you got gtksourceview-sharp and gtkmozembed-sharp installed?

I've just tried it at this end and monodoc is working quite happily
within MonoDevelop. All of mine is compiled from source directly and I
have none of the rpms installed (rpms conflict with the source
compilations for some reason)
