[MonoDevelop] AddIn configuration and documentation

Hi.

I was wondering if it might be feasible to extend AddIns so they contain
their configuration and documentation.

This way we won't spam the Preferences dialog with a lot of AddIn
configuration and the documentation is right at hand so you don't have to go
to some webpage to find it. We could add these two features to the AddIn
Manager.

What do you think?
