Hi,

You should avoid depending on MonoDevelop.SourceEditor. You can insert
text to the editor by casting document.Content to IEditableTextBuffer,
which is independent from the editor, so if the editor changes in the
future your add-in will work without changes.

Other than that, it's ok to me.
