[MonoDevelop] Contribution solution

Andrés,

This is a wonderful idea.  Please build an .mds and .mdp for the
codebase and keep it up to date with the autotools.  Since Lluis made
a console tool that will build a project from .mds/mdp, it should be
easy to automate the testing of the file after each svn submission.

Please keep us up to date!  I would certainly use such a "Contribution
Solution."
