[MonoDevelop] GAC and monodevelop

Hi all,

I have a simple question that maybe already has been answered : when 
adding an assembly reference in my MonoDevelop project, and choosing the 
"global assembly cache" tab, I've never been able to see any assembly I 
added to the GAC excepted default mono assemblies.
I checked that my assembly was in the GAC with gacutil -l.

Is this a normal behavior? Why?
