[MonoDevelop] ChangeLog highlighting

Hi.

I would like to add "syntax" highlighting for ChangeLog files. How do I do
this? Should I add a .lang file for gtksourceview and then add this
definition to  SyntaxHighlighting.xml? And what about the mimetype?
