On the GTK front, head for http://rpmfind.net

I know nothing about the way RPM's work (never used a Red Hat based 
system) but if RPM's created for one distro work with others, then 
you'll be able to find a recent version of GTK via that site.

As for Monodevelop, I thought that it was now bundled with the Mono 
releases, but I'm not 100% on that, could somebody on the list confirm?
