[MonoDevelop] Build Problem CVS Release

MD from cvs over this week fails to complie I am getting these errors

   Build failed. Invalid handle to path "[Unknown]"

on a  simple "hello world" console project

and

Build failed. Invalid handle to path "/tmp/tmp535bfa60"
on a large ASP.net project.
