[MonoDevelop] Preliminary VB.NET project support plugin

Hi Levi,

I working on same task, I post my intention to create
a MonoBasic plugin to MonoDevelop and receive the
response that no users work on this. 

Now I help you in TODO list :) 
Theres no contact (email) in the HomePage, Who are
authors of this plugin? Are you?
