[MonoDevelop] Issues in downloading gecko-sharp-0.6-1.ximian.6.1.i386.rpm

Hello all,
I am new to mono. I downloaded the compiler and core
from the site. I am trying to download the Monodevelop
IDE. It gives error while trying to download
"gecko-sharp-0.6-1.ximian.6.1.i386.rpm". The error
says 
error: Failed dependencies:
        mono(gdk-sharp) = 1.0.0.0 is needed by
gecko-sharp-0.6-1.ximian.6.1
        mono(glib-sharp) = 1.0.0.0 is needed by
gecko-sharp-0.6-1.ximian.6.1
        mono(gtk-sharp) = 1.0.0.0 is needed by
gecko-sharp-0.6-1.ximian.6.1
Please let me know where can I get these components.
Is the monodevelop IDE used to create and run
projects? Does it have a graphical interface?
