[MonoDevelop] problem managing 2 projects

hi i have some problems manage 2 project.
i have those 2 projects open, the second one need to use a .cs file from
the first, i add this file to the resource files.
run ./make.sh all gives me an error, namespace cannot be found (the
namespace where the shared class is ), if i compile from md, it compiles
(if i run from md, it runs the first project) so i run from bin/Debug...
and i have this error:

cannot open assembly UltraGDRServer.exe and UltraGDR the first

if i remove from the resource files of the second project the shared
file (Packet.cs) and i manually edit the makefile of the second project
adding this resource, make.sh all works fine and also the program run!

how can i make thing work without editing the Makefile (i think this
will mess up with md)
