that said, i have a soap server written in C++, and a client gui in C# 
using mono/gtk# developed in MD.  This would be a great asset, as the 
.Net platform only supports a subset of the SOAP spec, e.g., rpc-literal 
encodings (part of the latest w3 spec) are not supported.  This is not a 
mono issue, but MS's decision for .Net. 

For those reasons, it would be great to see someone step up to the bat 
and do this...i wish i could, but i am over tasked as it stands.  I'd be 
happy to chip in if someone takes the lead?
