[MonoDevelop] addin xml

Hi

The AddIn.xsd was not my idea (I always hated it) - and I took it out of 
#D some time ago ... (because of THIS problem :))
I don't think that xsd files are required for checking addin files - 
everybody who changes addin files should know what he does.
