[MonoDevelop] Where is the GtkFileChooser?

I would love to as soon as Gtk# moves to wrapping the Gtk+ 2.4 api,
which will be after mono 1.0 (June 30th).  We could manually dllimport
it or something but it's not really worth the hassle, and it would leave
out some people that are on older versions of GNOME.
