Nevermind. Need to replace:
bool Gtk.ListStore.Remove (out Gtk.TreeIter)
with:
bool Gtk.ListStore.Remove (ref Gtk.TreeIter)

in src/Main/Base/Gui/Dialogs/OptionPanels/ExternalToolPanel.cs
