[MonoDevelop] Error creating a PROJECT

I'm happy because i did the MonoDevelop compiled, but in the first time
i run it, i cannot create projects.

When i hit the "New" button in the Dialog the MonoDevelop goes off and i
get this error:

$ monodevelop
