Hey all, After a long night of soul searching, and deep thought (well, more like an impulse decision two minutes ago in the hall), we have decided to use ChangeLogs. You can look at mcs for the general format of how this is done. Initially we will be trying one unified ChangeLog in the root directory. --Todd
