[MonoDevelop] Error installing MonoDevelop

This issue appears to have been fixed within time for the release.

Hopefully when we release the 0.1 tarball early next week, we can get
some feedback, however early testing has shown this problem to go away.

So basically, just wait a bit, and you will have a tarball that works :)
