[MonoDevelop] GUI Designer?

Hi,

I've just started developing Mono applications using Monodevelop and
find very pleasing! Reading the article about Monodevelop recently
published at NewsForge, I found the following sentence interesting:

"A Gtk# GUI designer is in the works, and hopefully some ASP.Net hooks
and tie-ins."

So my question is: is this true? And if so, how will it be related to
Glade/libglade? The reason I'm asking is that the article seemed a bit
uninformed - for example, it stated that the Mono project uses MCS.
