[MonoDevelop] Code completion

I know that there's new implementation for it in 0.4, but is there 
a special way to activate it?  
After creating new C# file with MD 0.4 code completion is... incomplete.

using -> System
         Mono
         Microsoft

using -> System. -> Collections
                    ... (only few class libraries here)

There's no completion for System.Data, System.Xml, System.Net objects.
How do I rebuild completion database?
