[MonoDevelop] monodevelop 0.5 crashes on gentoo linux (x86)

Could this be similar to a gtkhtml problem I'm experiencing?

I get this when double clicking an entry in the help browser sidepanel:

I have gtkhtml libraries in /usr/local/lib from manually compiling
evolution-1.5 and the gtkhtml libraries in /usr/lib from the usual
gentoo ebuild:

libgtkhtml-3.1.a   libgtkhtml-3.1.so     libgtkhtml-3.1.so.10.0.1

gtkhtml:
