[MonoDevelop] how often is anonymous svn updated

Yeah, the anonsvn is being a bit wonky.

I have put up a snapshot at
http://devservices.go-mono.com/MonoDevelop-snap.tar.bz2 for the time
being.

We are investigating the potential issues, and attempting to figure out
the best solution. Any input would be greatly appreciated :)
