[MonoDevelop] TextEditor performance

I can't to work on this (or any other thing) right
now, as I'm not recovered yet and I'll need 2-4 weeks
off. I barely read the mail and test monodevelop
updates.

If nobody wants to work on this I can redo the
textview when back. It should be not difficult, but a
little boring and probably we have more important
things to achieve first.

If somebody wants to work on this he only have to look
at the TreeView class. If advice is needed you can
drop me an email, but be prepared for high latency.
