[MonoDevelop] Hello and Recursive on Linux

I'd like to get involved but I'm 99% Linux based ....
Is MonoDevelop recursive on linux yet - ie can it be
used to edit/build/debug itself yet?
If not can this be done under #D on win 98 (166Meg is
all I have in M$) or is this impractical.
