[MonoDevelop] Odd Sidebar Format Error

On http://www.monodevelop.com/ there is an odd problem with the
sidebar.  When you mouse over the links, only the 'News' and 'Download'
links will highlight.  (a:hover, I assume)

This is with Galeon 1.3.10 (it embeds Mozilla 1.5).  It's such a strange
error... might be client-side.  Has anyone else noticed this?
