[MonoDevelop] Release soon

yeah, its all being coordinated, mike kestner is cleaning up gtk-sharp
documentation due to massive api changes now, and I have already given
duncan a tarball for gtksourceview-sharp to roll into rpms.

Don't worry, we arent going to just drop off a tarball and say 'have
fun' :)  (I hope)
