[MonoDevelop] Missing seprerators in Makefiles

Hi,

I have a problem building the r985 snapshot. configures creates
makefiles with missing separators, like this one
(src/Libraries/MonoDevelop.Core/Makefile):

SOURCES =3D =20
./Properties/CharacterEncodings.cs =20
./Properties/DefaultProperties.cs =20
./Properties/UnknownPropertyNodeException.cs =20
etc...

Is there something wrong with my system (Debian/unstable)?
