Because I haven't talked to mwh about adding it, they are just stubs,
and it doesn't install into the gnome section properly. Also, I
originally thought that sourceview would be moving into gtk# soon, after
gtk# targets gnome 2.4 which no longer seems to be the case so maybe the
docs should be added after all.
