[MonoDevelop] Scintilla over GtkSourceView

I wonder if the recent Mono includes Gtk# and enough of Gnome# to run on
Windows.

If not, we should get you a Linux machine soon ;-)

btw, thanks once again for all the great work on SharpDevelop.

For those who do not know, SharpDevelop was one of the inspirational
sources for starting Mono in the first place.
