[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop on windows

Hi Zac & Co.

Sorry my english is still not better.

I think VS.NET is simply too expensive for a lot of
potential Mono Users.
And since #develop needs a powerful PC it's also not
that cheap.
And using the same enviroment on Win and Linux is a
win to me.

Go on with the good work and I wish everybody some
calm days.
