[MonoDevelop] sql query view added to monoquery

I added a sql query view for monoquery so you can execute sql commands
directly. it uses gtksourceview for sql highlighting. screenshot can be

todd and i decided that it is best to wait until we get the code cleanup
done to separate core and extras before we add this *offically*. until
then i will continue to post updates via the mailing list.
