[MonoDevelop] c# syntax highlighting after reloading files

Hi Gennady,

Had I read your question earlier I would have been able to answer it.

The missing dependency shared-mime-info is not a mac specific problem as 
I had the same with Debian/GNU Linux. About a month ago I posted this 
issue to the list as possible extension to the FAQ, because they have 
the "no syntax highlighting" problem in there, but only with incomplete 
solutions.
It didn't seem to interest anyone, back then, although I still think it 
belongs to the FAQ.
