[MonoDevelop] Announcing prj2make-sharp code name "Piano Sonata"

Greetings Monitos!

    This release focuses on code revisions and one bug fix, but most important
is the introduction of a preliminar implementation of MonoDevelop prjx file generation
from a csproj file.  This new feature is only available on the command line
application: prj2make-sharp.

Given a project called KoreanTime created with Visual Studio .NET 2003, the usage would
be something like:

[~]$ cd KoreanTime
[~/KoreanTime]$ prj2make-sharp --csproj2prjx KoreanTime.csproj

The command line above would create a file KoreanTime.prjx -- a MonoDevelop
project file -- in the ~/KoreanTime directory.


Bug fixes:

    #488 - pi2.makename_ext ends up being Null
