[MonoDevelop] Nemerle language bindings (patch)

Looks great, please go to http://www.go-mono.com/ccvs.html and read
*everything* on it. Then follow the directions listed for gaining
access, and send the resulting file to miguel@ximian.com and cc me at
tberman@sevenl.net . Please add in the email that this is for access to
the MD svn repo at my request.
