[MonoDevelop] Mono Develop Opening Files Problems

You must have .cs files associated with text/x-csharp. If you look at
the monodevelop faq on http://www.monodevelop.com/ You will find
instructions on how to do this in gnome 2.4 or gnome 2.6.
