No most likely not.

Right now the GNU.Gettext.dll that is required for C# gettext is not
widely available, so it is not something we can depend on the user
having (Requires gettext 0.14).

However, If there is a need, I can write something small up about the
best/easiest way to get gettext support in a C# app right now.
