[Monodevelop-devel] How to translate Monodevelop

Hi all,

It appears Chinese(China) translation for monodevelop was not touched for a
pretty long time.

Today, I've partially updated it. but I can't find any way to submit/commit
the translation, neither on mono-project.com, nor on l10n.gnome.org

So should I commit directly(I have write permission to mono svn), or should
someone review my translation first? Or someone commit for me?
