[Monodevelop-devel] [PATCH] References without HintPath not found

Please review and submit the patch attached to bug #503462 
<https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=503462>. It fixes the 
problem that when opening a .csproj file written by VS, Mono can't find 
a reference if it doesn't have a HintPath but it is already in the 
output directory.
