[Monodevelop-devel] New commit and ChangeLog policies

Hi,

Following the new Mono policy, it is not required to write ChangeLog
entries anymore for commits in MonoDevelop. ChangeLog files will be
generated from the Git history when building the tarballs.

Also, there are some new policies for writing commit messages and
working on personal work branches.
