[Monodevelop-devel] Windows FileSelectorDialog

For some reason on Windows the File|Open dialog is throwing exceptions
constantly, usability low for that reason.  I saw this issue mentioned
in other posts but no bug report.  I modified it to check the
Filenames property rather that Filename and that has improved it
considerably without sacrificing any functionality as far as I can
tell.

In the event this will help I've attached the diff.
