Hi Michael:
I can send you a new patch with your suggestion but i will attach a couple of lines modified, because i keep improving some other stuff and i modified some other files on the same project. What do you prefer? I send another patch with this changes to?
Other question: i modified 4 projects within the same "sort of change", i mean, in order to make "Create Table" to work on MD i modified 4 diferents projects (All are Mono.Database Sub-projects, but it is a big change) Do i send one patch file? or diferent files?

I sen't other patch a couple of hours ago, this is the correct one, beacause the previous patch isn't case-sensitive.

Please apply the second patch, and if you need i could try to correct your suggestions.
