[Mono-winforms-list] ListView: Context menu on Mac?

Alright. Now, honestly, your best bet to get the bug fixed would be to dive
into the WinForms source code and fix it yourself. The Mono team doesn't
work on WinForms anymore, it's the community that makes it live on. I don't
have a Mac, so can't help you much, but if you can come up with a patch, I
can submit it.
