[Mono-winforms-list] ListView: Context menu on Mac?

I'm porting a WinForms app to Mac OS X (10.6.7).  I'm using MonoDevelop 2.4.2
(Mono 2.10.1).  Context menus assigned to ListView controls work fine on
Windows, but do not display when running on Mac OS X.  I've tested other
controls (ListBox, TreeView) and it appears to only be a ListView problem.

Has anyone else seen this?

I have a small test app I created which demonstrates the bug if anyone is
interested.
