[Mono-winforms-list] RESOLVED - MonoTools.Remote has stopped working error on Visual Studio 2010

I have resolved this issues by installing MSVS2010 SP1.

Somehow, I suspected the error is caused by the failure of 
Windows Updates upon MSVS2010 for VS2010 SP1.

If you have installed MSVS2010 SP1 standalone version, your MSVS2010 
should be updated properly and MonoTools for Visual Studio 2010
function normally.

I am using: 2.10.8 Mono, MonoTools for Visual Studio 2010 ver 2.0.

Is confirmed and works on default MonoToolsVMX, OpenSUSE 11.4 x64 
and OpenSUSE 12.1 x64.

Previously, I have waited for almost six months for this issues from
Xamarin support, but the feedback is not satisfied.

I hopes, Xamarin will put more focus on supporting MonoTools instead
of meeting their sales and roadmap.
