[Mono-winforms-list] Error while trying to show Windows.Forms.Form

Which kind of image is the error talking about. libgdiplus depends on other
libs for support for many formats, like libjpeg, libtiff, etc... It is a
runtime dependency, so packager's don't make it into a hard package
reference.
