[Mono-winforms-list] Three State Checkbox and other items on Linux

Winforms/Mono emulates the Win32 Classic theme.  On this, the grayed out 
check for the third state is correct.  (You can see this on .net if you 
do not call EnableVisualStyles.)  I believe the blob graphic was added 
with XP Luna.
