Hi,

I've found another (and I hope final) problem with PARGB handling in 
libgdiplus.

Updated patch is attached to the bug report here:

I don't want to look pushy, but what do I do to make this problem see a 
little more attention from developers?  Can I cc: decision makers like 
Miguel or mono-devel-list?
